Viridis Launch - April 2023
On 1 April, 2023, we were pleased to launch our latest building at The Newlands, named Viridis.
Viridis is a boutique collection of 62 spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and garden terraces overlooking Newlands Park. This release includes large dual aspect apartments, private dining facilities with city views and a 525sqm communal rooftop.
We had a great turnout on the day, where our VIP customers learnt more about the Viridis, and heard from our project partners, 4.5 star iCIRT rated builder, DASCO and purchasing partner Coposit.
