As Director & General Manager of Top Spring Australia, Sydney is responsible for the strategic and operational decisions of the company.
Sydney brings over 10 years of local experience where he has worked on large-scale residential, mixed-used and transport infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors, throughout various project phases including due diligence, planning, design and delivery.
Sydney holds a Master’s Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.
Henry oversees the operational management of Top Spring Australia. His unique business acumen enables him to strengthen growth and diversity within Top Spring Australia. His extensive knowledge across multiple professional fields ensures that Top Spring constantly seizes growth opportunities in this ever-changing market.
Henry holds multiple qualifications incuding a Bachelor of Arts from UNSW, a Master of Commerce from UNSW and a Juris Doctor from UNSW.
Top Spring Australia’s executive management team is completed by Financial Controller Henry Lun, who brings wide-ranging residential, commercial, retail, industrial and hotel experience to the company.
Boasting over 15 years in a variety of senior financial and accountancy roles, Henry oversees Top Spring Australia’s financial performance, strategic planning, funding and capital raising, among other duties.
Henry works across most aspects of the business to ensure Top Spring Australia is maximising returns and is continuously improving in line with its growth aspirations.
As Development Manager, Sam is responsible for the delivery of luxury residential and mixed-use projects.
With over 14 years in the construction, property and redevelopment sector, Sam has acquired extensive experience in project due diligence, delivery, sales and marketing and has a successful track record for delivering complex health, residential and aged care developments.
With a strong focus on strategic delivery to align Top Spring’s projects with the economic climate and the needs of the community, Sam’s ability to identify project risks and opportunities and lead the project team ensures that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.
With more than 15 years in the property industry, Brittany has extensive experience across the residential and commercial sectors.
Brittany has managed many iconic projects across Australia, delivering more than 65 property projects. Her experience expands from initial acquisition strategy and brief, through to research, designing detailed marketing strategies, supplier management, customer experience and developing project launches. Her strong connections in the industry are an asset to the Top Spring team.
Brittany’s wide property marketing experience ensures each of Top Spring’s projects are maximised across all aspects of the marketing and sales phases.
With experience in a variety of marketing roles for both major property development companies and sales agencies, Jessica is a highly regarded marketing specialist.
Working across campaign design, corporate and project branding, digital marketing, CRM management, and retail marketing campaign development, Jessica brings a valuable skill set to Top Spring Australia.
She has overseen marketing campaigns on major projects including 100 Market Street, 1 York Street and ANZ Tower, and can easily adapt her thinking across residential, commercial, industrial and retail asset classes.

A highly valued Assistant Development Manager, Lynn brings close to a decade’s worth of broad property experience to Top Spring Australia.
Lynn’s skill set spans the entire project lifecycle, from master planning and concept design, right through to construction, with a particular focus on design and project management.
In her previous role, Lynn has worked in a range of design and project management positions across major projects, including Edmondson Park Residential Precinct, Putney Hill, Centrale and Fairwater Green.
Lynn holds a Masters of Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of New South Wales.
