As Managing Director of Top Spring Australia, Sydney is responsible for the strategic and operational decisions of the company.

Sydney brings over 15 years of local experience where he has worked on large-scale residential, mixed-used and transport infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors, throughout various project phases including due diligence, planning, design and delivery.

Sydney holds a Master’s Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.

Henry oversees the operational management of Top Spring Australia. His unique business acumen enables him to strengthen growth and diversity within Top Spring Australia. His extensive knowledge across multiple professional fields ensures that Top Spring constantly seizes growth opportunities in this ever-changing market.

Henry holds multiple qualifications incuding a Bachelor of Arts from UNSW, a Master of Commerce from UNSW and a Juris Doctor from UNSW.

John brings over 20 years of experience in the property and construction sector and leads the Development and Acquisition team at Top Spring Australia. Starting in construction management, he transitioned into development, working with both large ASX-listed and smaller private developers. This diverse background has equipped him with a diverse skill set across due diligence, acquisitions, sales, leasing, marketing, design, project management, and asset management.

John has successfully managed developments of varying scales and complexities, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects. His passion for residential development drives his commitment to expanding the Top Spring Australia brand.

Evan is Top Spring Australia’s Financial Director, and holds more than 16 years experience in both the commercial and public space.

Joining Top Spring Australia in 2021, Evan brings with him a wealth of knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, financial analysis and management.

With extensive experience in property development with high-end residential developers,  Evan’s current role covers strategic planning, funds raising, and asset management, focusing on premium residential and retail assets.

Winnie is a CPA-qualified professional with over 15 years of experience in various accounting functions. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of International Trade and Commerce Law from Macquarie University. Winnie has excelled in financial analysis and planning, demonstrating expertise in both large and small enterprises.

Since joining Top Spring Australia in 2017, Winnie has leveraged her diverse industry experience in Property, Law, and IT to oversee the company’s financial and managerial accounting needs. Her ability to analyse key financial information plays a crucial role in optimising financial planning and management.

As Top Spring Australia’s Senior Development Manager, Sam is responsible for the delivery of luxury residential and mixed-use projects.

With over 18 years in the construction, property and redevelopment sector, Sam has acquired extensive experience in project due diligence, delivery, sales and marketing and has a successful track record for delivering complex health, residential and aged care developments.

With a strong focus on strategic delivery to align Top Spring Australia’s projects with the economic climate and the needs of the community, Sam’s ability to identify project risks and opportunities and lead the project team ensures that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Mike is a seasoned Senior Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in residential, mixed-use, and hotel projects. Known for his strategic vision and meticulous execution, Mike has delivered numerous high-profile developments globally, blending innovation with functionality. His portfolio includes luxurious residential communities, vibrant mixed-use spaces, and upscale hotels, all designed to enhance urban landscapes and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Mike excels in navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring seamless project progression from concept to completion. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence ensures every project becomes a success.

With experience in the Construction and Project Management sector, Nick brings a dynamic skillset to Top Spring Australia. With involvement in several high-end residential projects, he plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management ensuring delivery of Top Spring’s key project outcomes.

Nick has a proven track record across various sectors, including affordable housing, hotels, student accommodation, and hospitality. His practical approach to site due diligence, design management, and contractor procurement allows him to oversee the full project lifecycle, from acquisition to purchaser settlements.

Before joining Top Spring Australia, Nick completed a Degree in Construction Management and Property and a Graduate Certificate in Property and Development from UNSW.

Kendal began her career after completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Property Development from the University of New South Wales.

With previous experience in the construction and property sector, Kendal has an in depth understanding of all stages of a property’s lifecycle from design through to sales and delivery. Kendal has worked on projects in the residential, retail and mixed-use sector across NSW and will utilise this broad experience at Top Spring Australia.

Kendal’s passion for the built environment and analytical approach has proven the successful delivery of residential and retail developments. Joining the team, she will work alongside the development team in the acquisition, execution and delivery phases to achieve optimal outcomes.

Fabian is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience, currently leading sales at Top Spring Australia as Sales Manager. Specialising in project marketing for off-the-plan residential developments, Fabian has a strong track record of promoting and selling high-profile projects. His experience with a Global 500 company has provided him with valuable insights and experience into the corporate real estate sector.

Known for his strategic marketing acumen and deep understanding of market trends, Fabian consistently achieves impressive sales results and high client satisfaction. He has built strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients, earning a reputation as a trusted authority in the real estate market.

Janus holds a Bachelor of Media and Communications from the University of Sydney. She developed a strong interest in the property industry through her work in holistic back-end project sales support before transitioning to luxury residential channel sales.

In her previous role, Janus excelled in managing channel sales and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders across mid to high-density residential projects. She was skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring smooth project execution through effective stakeholder management.

In 2022, she joined Top Spring Australia as an EA and Office Manager, leveraging her industry expertise to support the Directors and senior management team.
