Top Spring Australia Bolsters its Development Team
Top Spring Australia is thrilled to have received official approval from Lane Cove Council on its Development Application for a 1.26-hectare master-planned community in St Leonards, on Sydney’s upper North Shore.
The project will be known as ‘The Newlands’ and is set to be delivered over two stages, resulting in the creation of 330 premium new residences across five buildings.
Working closely with Lane Cove Council and our architects Bates Smart and Arcadia Landscape Architecture, we have envisioned a design that successfully negotiates the sloping site by ‘stepping’ the buildings down the hill so that the future residents can benefit from the views of Newlands Park and our large 2500sqm green spine.
Health and wellbeing is a strong consideration, with the scheme designed to maximise the number of dwellings that are naturally cross-ventilated, while more than 7 in 10 dwellings will have more than one aspect.
Now that our DA has been approved, we are anticipating construction will commence in late 2022. We can’t wait to get started on delivering these homes for the future residents of St Leonards South.
Colliers has been appointed as the project’s sales agency and a market launch is slated for mid-2022.
