2022 NAIDOC WEEK AT THE MCA

We are very pleased to be partnering with the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia as their program partner for 2022 NAIDOC Week celebrations, running now until Saturday 9 July.

The 2022 theme is a call to action and an invitation to understand your role in Getting Up, Standing Up and Showing Up. The relationship between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non‑Indigenous Australians needs to be based on justice, equity, and the proper recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ rights.

NAIDOC 2022 honours the proud history of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander peoples and our supporters who get up, stand up and show up. It is also an opportune time to celebrate the many who have driven and led change in our communities over generations.
